On placing a booking with Computer Graphics Training, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for settlement.

If the course is to be taken within 30 days, we ask that this payment is processed as soon as possible to confirm and reserve your place.

For courses booked more than 30 days in advance, we ask for a deposit of £150 per day per person to reserve the date, with the balance paid in full at least 14 days prior to the training date requested.

If you wish to cancel or postpone your course please email us to rearrange or cancel outright. Cancellation does not become effective until Computer Graphics Training has confirmed this.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 14 working days notice: Free to cancel, postpone or reschedule.
• 10 or less working days notice: The full cost of the course.

If you cannot attend the course but want to send a colleague in your place, you can do this free of charge by notifying us at any point prior to the day of the course.

Computer Graphics Training reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to reschedule at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund.

Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall Computer Graphics Training assume liability for any loss of profit.

Special offer prices are a one off discount which cannot be used in conjuction with any of the other discount schemes we offer. Please refer to our pricing guide as to typical pricing.

If you have already booked on a course at standard pricing and the course subsequently has a special offer made for other delegates who may attend, we are unable to retrospectively offer you the new special offer price.

No two discount schemes can be used together, you must choose the one most suitable to you at the point of purchase.
